The platform is fully insulated in 2009, occupies an area of 1300 m2 inside and one outside of about 3,000 m2.


For a better shelf life, the company uses a rapid cooling chamber, the Vacuum Cooling, which reduces the enzymatic oxidation and the action of micro organic degradation by avoiding the drying and fermentation plant…

…and at refrigerating room to storage and loading to ensure the cold chain.
